Able Maths Day at Liverpool College

2nd February 2016

Some of our most talented mathematicians from Years 3 and 4 attended an ‘Able Maths Day’ organised by Kensington Primary today. The children took part in a range of problem-solving activities, investigated 3D shapes and studied algebra. Reece said, “My favourite part was grouping the shapes and algebra symbols because it was easy and I learnt a lot. I didn’t like making the 3D cube out of train tickets as much because it was very hard and the tickets kept unfolding.”Website

“On the maths trip I really enjoyed grouping maths symbols together, making a 3D cube and pyramid.  My favourite was grouping as I learnt about algebra.”  Liam
