Welcome to Year 3!

Welcome to Year 3!

The children have settled in well this week and we have been pleased with the way they have taken to the new routines in the Juniors and they have already started working very hard!

Thank you so much to all parents who have named their child’s uniform – this makes it so much easier for us especially on PE days.

Also a big thank you to all parents and children who have brought a full, named PE kit this week – remember PE days are on Tuesdays and Fridays, but we expect the children to keep their PE kit in school for the half term, and take it home over the holidays. Also please remember to cover any earrings which the children are wearing before they come to school that morning.

Reading books should be brought to school every day – even if your child has not read at home. Please try to hear your child read every night – even just a few pages is beneficial, they do not need to read the whole book.

If you have any questions for us, please speak to us after school. We are looking forward to an exciting year!
